boot ur computer up in safe mode run a up to date anti virus scan it will be gone

trojans damage win32 files it's not good to leave 1 on ur computer for very long the longer it's on ur computer the slower it will get may even crash if it's left on it for to long as long as u remove it within a week ur pc should be ok
